Genesis Home Improvements have been hired to do the exterior paint for a home in San Diego 92115 for the Boyd family.

We are currently in the prep stages, getting the home ready to have Coolwall Coating applied to the exterior. To ensure the Coolwall Coating the Boyd’s chose will never fade, peel or chip, as the lifetime warranty guarantees, our trained specialists must be thorough and detailed in the pre-coating prep work.

The process begins with the removal of existing wood siding and stucco. We will then add R13 insulation new sheeting and vapor barrier / house wrap, and finish it off with new Hardie board Plank Siding. Then we will apply TexCote Coolwall Super-Cote Lifetime heat reflective coating.
