Genesis Home Improvements have just completed an exterior house painting project in Poway 92064 for the Cooper family. They were introduced to Genesis and our exterior products by Alex. He explained how Coolwall works when he saw saw stucco damage on the Coopers home. They agreed on a date and time for our specialist Pat to go out to the home and take measurements, go over the product specifications, colors and also our financing options. Prior to the appointment Javier our scheduling manager gave a courtesy call to ensure all was well for the scheduled appointment.

Pat arrived at the home on time, with licensing info, and samples. He was thorough in the complimentary exact cost quote, and a price was agreed for immediate start to the project.

In a few days David, one of our crew managers assembled his team at the home for the detailed prep work. As Coolwall is not the same as traditional paint, there is more prep work needed. This ensures for best performance of the lifetime exterior. Much to the delight of the family, the home was finished in less than a week

The Coopers already had Vinyl Energy Efficient windows in the home, and the accent color for the trim really made the exterior “pop”.
