Genesis Home Improvements just completed a solid and lattice Patio Cover project in Oceanside, ca 92057. 

Donald, a very hard working individual his whole life, has just recently retired and wanted to make some overdue improvements to his home. He expressed to our specialist that there ” just hadn’t been the time” as work kept him busy over the years. He was excited at the prospect of finally being able to make some upgrades to his home and to be able to relax comfortably when at home outside, enjoying the San Diego climate.

The existing patio covers on the home were extremely damaged due to wood rot and termites. Donald met with One of our Patio Cover specialists, who went out to his Oceanside home to provide a consultation about Genesis Home Improvements Patio Cover options.

This process started with a home inspection and free estimate.  After looking over the options he opted for a Solid Patio Cover for the back side of the home, and a Lattice cover to be built on the front.

The process involved a tear down of an existing damaged lattice in front and back of house. We then installed a lifetime Premium Lattice Patio Cover 9’x’7 with 2’x’3 tubing in driftwood finish. Then Genesis installed a “3 Insulated cover in rear with the same footprint as the old lattice ( “12×18”)

After completing the patio cover in Oceanside, Ca 92057, this home has achieved a sharp new beginning and Donald can “bring the inside outside” under his new patio cover.
